Lage
Trotz der ruhigen Lage umgeben von schönen Wiesen, sind es nur 500 Meter zum Dorfzentrum von Badia/Pedraces und St. Leonhard. Genau so weit ist es bis zu den Liften (Heilig Kreuz oder Sponata) mit direktem Zugang zum Skigebiet Alta Badia und Sella Ronda – Dolomiti Superski mit über 500 km Skipiste.
Beachten Sie bitte, dass viele Navigationssysteme den Weg über das Grödnertal vorschlagen. Dadurch verlängern Sie zeitlich Ihre Anreise und müssen noch nach langer Reise einen mühsamen Dolomitenpass bewältigen. Deshalb fahren Sie bitte in Brixen von der Brennerautobahn ab. Richtung Bruneck für ca. 20 km, in St. Lorenzen biegen Sie rechts ab ins Gadertal. Nach 30 km erreichen Sie die Ortschaft Badia/Abtei. Da fahren Sie bis zur Tankstelle Tamoil. An der Tankstelle biegen sie rechts ein (Beschilderung vorhanden) dann sofort wieder links und dann rechts. Schon haben Sie unseren Parkplatz erreicht.

Location
Although we’re in a very quiet area surrounded by meadowland, we are only about 500 metres from the centre of Badia and San Leonardo. Coincidentally, this is also the distance from the S.Croce and Sponata ski lifts, which give access in winter to the entire Alta Badia ski zone, including Sella Ronda and in summer, to the Alta Badia summer circuit.

Once you have reached Badia on the main road, you will see the Alta Badia car showroom with the Tamoil service station. You will now be on the road which climbs up to the right (coming from Brunico) and you will see our road sign. Take this road, turn left then right and you will be straight into our car park.
Posizione
Pur essendo in una zona molto tranquilla in mezzo ai prati, il centro di Badia e San Leonardo distano solamente ca. 500 metri. Questa è anche la distanza dagli impianti di risalita di S.Croce e Sponata, i quali d’inverno permettono l’accesso all’intera zona sciistica dell’Alta Badia compresa la Sella Ronda e d’estate al circuito estivo Alta Badia.

Una volta arrivati a Badia sulla strada provinciale si trova l’autosalone Alta Badia con il distributore Tamoil. A tal punto troverete sulla stradina che sale a destra (venendo da Brunico) l’insegna della ns. abitazione. Intrapresa tale strada, girate a sinistra e poi a destra e arriverete direttamente nel ns. parcheggio.
